8.Discuss appropriate phrasing for questions and statements that are conducive to building rapport
9. Explain how to discuss alternative options in a sensitive manner without assuming or categorizing individuals
10. Identify different approaches to lactation for folks who are undergoing hormone therapy
11. Discuss the crucial role of a practitioner's speaking tone when communicating with clients
12. Demonstrate how a well intended message can be counterproductive and harmful
