This is an annual award to honor San Diego County employers who do more than the law requires and make their business truly "Breastfeeding friendly" for working moms and families.

This award is open to all government and private sector agencies, small/medium/large business employers who comply with federal and state laws through policy, system and environmental changes in the workplace to provide education, resources, and support for breastfeeding employees. Nominees should be able to demonstrate they provide lactation accommodations through policies, practices and space.
